For some reason I've never gotten around to trying it, even though I liked Planetes (also hard science space SF). I guess I should make the effort :)
I haven't seen Planetes but I have heard good things about the show for being realistic.
I don't think you can marathon SB, it's a show perfect for breakfast/lunch or dinner. You eat and watch and not get bored. Am I the only one that does that lol.

Watched Aldnoah.Zero, Vampire Knight, and The 7 Deadly Sins recently. All 3 had relatively disappointing second seasons/series, although in the case of The 7 Deadly Sins it was only because of length - I'm really looking forward to its eventual return. Great action series and retelling of Arthurian Britannia, with plenty of ridiculous and funny interactions and scenes for relief. I  Hawk. 9/10

Vampire Knight had a little too much love triangle drama and twists (a la The Vampire Diaries or Twilight) but still worth it if you enjoy vampire fiction. 7/10

Aldnoah.Zero checked off the typical mecha anime memes (emotionless lead, dueling child prodigies, mass destruction of cities, ...) but the story and character development made for a good season 1... it became predictable and less interesting later on. The Earth-Mars dynamic is a bit too reminiscent of the Zone of The Enders series, though, I wish it took a more original direction for the origin. 6/10

Just started watching Knights of Sidonia and making my way through more anime series on Netflix after that.

Nanatsu no Taizai hasn't received a true second season yet. The first series only covered the first arc, and next year, the second season is supposed to come out, which covers the Ten Commandments arc. The manga is already past that and currently on the Camelot arc. Frankly, I'd watch the second season just to see Escanor; he's such an awesome character when he's in his fighting form. My biggest problem with Nanatsu no Taizai is that they did the opposite of most shounen: packed too much content into each episode. It only had 24 episodes, which covered around 120 chapters. I remember parts of Naruto where you were lucky to get a single chapter in an episode, and Nanatsu is doing 4-5! :p I think the Ten Commandments arc was even longer than the first one too.

I just watched a couple episodes of One Punch Man and it is hilarious. I don't really watch anime but this show genuinely makes me laugh.

One Punch Man is great. Although, the serialized manga has thrown me off a bit. There was a scene where Saitama came in and saved someone, and he said something like, "The hero, Saitama, has arrived." It just stuck out to me as something that Saitama would not say. There was also a part maybe half-a-dozen chapters later where Saitama was complaining about his predicament and how he failed to help people and such. Again, it felt like something that Saitama would not be talking about. Half of his charm is his nonchalant attitude.

Oh, but if you like that, the creator, ONE, has another series that received an anime called Mob Psycho 100. I didn't like it as much, but you might like it.

Blame! 8/10. Me like. I like Killy he reminds me of Terminator lol. The CGI animation was good I don't know why people hate it... it was flawless not your typical A1 pictures ofc :)

The story was nothing mind blowing but it is good nevertheless. So many plot holes and that is expected because it is a movie and a sequel is coming out soon. I have a feeling that the sequel will be a prequel because they need to explain the world building and the robot stuff.

I recommend this movie. Go watch this in the weekend with your friends or whatever because the dub version is pretty good. :)
