So, the new season of anime has pretty much begun. Anyone watch anything yet?
So far, I've checked out the following...
Madan no Ou to Vanadis - I just can't quite put my finger on this one. While it has the usual big-bosomed female characters that are common in ecchi, it comes across as a bit more interesting. I think it has to do with the main character not being such a bore. He's a bit brash and skilled yet he doesn't have that cold attitude that we've seen in our heroes as of late (e.g. Code Geass, Aldnoah Zero, etc.).
Ushinawareta Mirai wo Motomete - Hmm I'm not too sure what to think about this one just yet. I guessed what was going to happen at the end; however, it didn't seem to matter? I guess we'll have to wait and see what happened! :hmm:
Gundam Reconguista in G - Ugh... I've only seen the first episode so far, but I don't really care for what I saw. Although, that's not surprising since I generally dislike it when any sort of story just throws you into the middle of things without any introduction to characters, backstory, etc. Ultimately, they just never gave a reason to continue watching. I don't care about any of the characters because I don't know any of them, and the mystery of "Squirrel Girl" doesn't exact get intrigue me.
I'll also be checking out the following in the next day or two...
TERRA FORMARS
Tribe Cool Crew
Denki-gai no Honya-san
Danna ga Nani wo Itteiru ka Wakaranai Ken
There are also some others that I haven't seen available yet, but I marked them as something to check out.
Some of the final episodes seemed a bit rushed. I also wish that they would've spent a little bit more time (maybe one episode) before jumping into the conflict. Inaho seemed to have a bit too much plot armor as he just happened to be bad ass without us ever catching a glimpse of it prior to conflict.
I loved the ending though. I don't think it was rushed. Rather, that is how it was planned
