My wife used to work with a gay guy....in his 40's

He told her a story of how he was hitting on this guy once at the beach in his younger days....who turned out to be an undercover vice cop......oops!

Got himself arrested and a criminal record ;)

Yup...but I think that's because I work in Hollywood and in the entertainment industry
But the one that really sticks out was when I was driving home in stop and go traffic and this guy drives next to me and smiles at me...i thought it was nothing so i just ignored it and i try to speed away but i can't...so he catches up and looks at me and smiles again...then i think...ok...there's something wrong now. but i ended up having to come to a complete stop and he passes me and i look at the back bumper of his car and there is a rainbow sticker....omg i'm such a dumbass.

Yeah.... about four times in my short life (I'm 18).

It's amazing how assertive they are. I've always quickly figured out what was happening and I retreated as quickly as I possibly could.

It's disgusting though.

<< To those of you flattered by the attention gay men give you. It's not because they think you are a butch, rugged and handsome man. It is because they think you are gay.

It's called gadar. They are picking up on your gay signals. You are in denial. You are gay. Admit it.
>>

I hope this was a joke because it is completely wrong. A gay man hits on you because you are hot and at times because you are straight. The idea of bedding a straight guy is very enticing to some gays. Most of time, that assertive gay guy who hit on you expects you to give him a dirty look or nasty response. The odds that the "straight" guy on the arm of that fine looking woman, is bi/gay are extremely slim.

I personally see no point in it since you run the possibility of getting beat down. Most of the time, gaydar has nothing to do with the why that gay man hit on you.

And to all of you straight guys, take it as a compliment. It is all it is. If you dwell on it, then the rage grows.

To those in denial, take the plunge. :D

Actually I get told by people who think I'm gay that it's because 1) I dress well and 2) I smile a lot.
I like the poon waaaaaaaaay too much to be classified as gay no matter how I act.
True, it could be possible they see a gay man inside me, and who knows, I might come out and become gay or bi sometime down the road, but as of now I have absolutely no inclination to that lifestyle.

It's a free world so people can live how they choose, but if a gay guy ever tried to hit on me(none have that i know of), he would regret it.
they can live how they want, but don't include me.

One of my friends hit on me once...I didn't really mind, I actually took it as a compliment. But one time a guy at Disneyland grabbed my ass, that just plain pissed me off.

Not that I was aware of. With all you pretty boys out there getting all their attention somebody like me doesn't have to worry about it.

Y won't you guys just accept me as I am and sleep with me!? J/k.

Actually, my freshman year, I got hit on at least twice a week by guys. And they weren't none to nice about it. Several of them suggested I was just in denial and they could move me over. Ech. Women are right, men are scum.

man some of you guys are are so homophobic!

"if some guy ever tried to hit on me... I'm kicking him in the balls. " "Cause I didn't wanna beat the crap out of this guy!!" etc.

I hope that women don't get that kind of mind-set. But most of these men are treating you the way that men treat women in general. However, they feel they can (and probably can) be more direct since there aren't any of those weird woman-games involved. If you want head then say yes, if you don't say no, and it's probably the end of story. Unless it's some really creepy pushy guy in which case some ass-kicking may be in order.

Me, I never get more than a stray feel-up, even when at gay clubs (an awesome place to take women, by the way!). I don't groom nor dress myself well enough.

Yeah right, like some smooth boy with a penchant for men's bungholes is going to sway a normal guy from Poontang! Let's see ...ones hairy and smells like sh!t, they other has had songs written for it, men go to war over it and is the thing of dreams for most geeks in this Forum. Sorry Fruitcake, you lose!

I discourage everyone from comtemplating his behavior in addition to cell phone yakking, CD swapping and reaching about the vehicle. It is simply very dangerous.

If he was smiling at you, it means that he was looking at you when he should have been looking forward. You gave him your attention and your placing yourself at a risk also.

Rubbernecking causes lots of accidents. I've heard of people getting into an accidents in circumstances similar to yours. The one I've heard of was, this dude was too distracted with checking out hot chick on the sidewalk and he drove his car up a tree and ever heard of people causing their own minor accident whilst being too busy watching a huge accident scene on the side of the road?

<< Why do many gay guys have GF's well in their younger years? >>

Well according to Viper GTS it's because young girls kind of resemble smooth boys. They don't have all those bumps a mature women has.

<< well he denied, and the guy called him that day i think but he just told the guy to lay off and he did. also a few friends back in hs said where we would kick it at a park like this guy would come in his car . >>

Some people are just idiots. Only an idiot would go up to someone and give out money then ask for sexual favor. If I was with friends, I would have wrote down his # and immediately called the police on him.
