Going to church and listening to scripture being read from the bible is where I get my beliefs. I should sit down and start reading it completely through though. Now days everyone tries to prove how Jesus was a magician type of person. No one can grasp the fact that miracles happen everyday.
What you fail to grasp is that just because unexplainable and unlikely things happen every day, that does not mean they are miracles. That is specious reasoning. You try to explain why you are religious with justifications like miracles, near-death experiences, etc., when the fact is that you would be religious anyway. Religious people just need to buckle down and say "I can't explain it, I can't prove it, there is no evidence for it, but I believe it anyway", instead of trying to justify their beliefs with bvllshit.
Just like for those who have had sex with only 1 partner shouldn't be defining "good" and "bad" sex because they aren't qualified, so too should non-believers not be stating whether miricles happen or do not. They aren't qualified.
