She did NOTHING wrong. not a darn thing. she did not steal his money.

The cop was a idiot for not paying attention to what he gave her. Then threatened to arrest her for theift. heck i would be mad too.

the manager even came and looked in the register.

The cop handled the situation all wrong.
 
She's quite the mouthy little (ok, not so little) bitch but that cop should have lost his job.

Oh and $60,000 is a pittance. She should have pushed for far more.

She now drives to work at McD's in an Escalade.

the manager also told the cop that there were NO 20s in the register. the cop later says something like "someone needs to give me my money". what would you have done? paid some cop that accused you of stealing out of your own minimum wage paycheck? that's ridiculous. yeah, she was pissed. who wouldn't be?

out of all the customers she serves all day, I'd think that the cop would be the last person she'd want to rip off...

very interesting. i didn't know that. though i wouldn't recommend it. whether it was unlawful or not, cops will be shooting first and asking questions later if you resist using lethal force.
 
And cops complain about public's poor perception of them...well, some cops are just mall-ninja thugs with badges and have no business being in law-enforcement.
 
Cop fvcked up. Cashier should've been fired for the way she acted. End of story.

Her attitude was pretty sh!tty, but didn't warrant him being a total d!ck.

Actually yes. And Wendy's really isn't that bad of a fast food place (much better than McDs and BK). At the store I work in, all the people are awesome, the managers are awesome, and time flies by. It really isn't a pain at all to work there, and compliments my other job pretty well.

Simply put, she should've been fired for her actions. She completely went against company policy in dealing with this. Also, the manager should've been reprimanded for not defending his workers.

The question is, have you ever worked at Wendys?

Exactly. You cannot resist arrest, even if you are being arrested under false pretenses. There is a court and a judge to determine if you are innocent. Yelling at the cop will do not hing but fuel his anger.
