How did he get cleared of any wrongdoing? He was obviously in the wrong in everything he did. He had no right to put her under arrest, he had no right to spray her.

I think if more police offiers had to experince getting sprayed first hand, they might think twice before using it so carelessly.
I think that most agencies spray the cadets as part of academy.
Edit: I know that the police depts in AZ and the FBI do anyway.

You don't see videos of all the good things cops do on a day-to-day basis. You only hear about the bad things. Why? Because bad things are more interesting. The reality is, most cops are good people and serve us quite well.
The cop in this thread was wrong, there is little doubt about that. However for you to hate 'cops', (which to me sounds like a blanket statement) strikes me as quite ignorant.

I'm gonna keep this video for traffic court and be like:
Your officers can't even properly identify money, how can he have accurately identified me as the driver speeding in a car from hundreds of feet away?
Exactly. You cannot resist arrest, even if you are being arrested under false pretenses. There is a court and a judge to determine if you are innocent. Yelling at the cop will do not hing but fuel his anger.Originally posted by: mugs

Cop was definately wrong and should have been fired.
I must admit though listening to her I wanted to spray her.
Resisting arrest will get you nowhere.

Yeah, and what about all the good things Hitler did? Cops are for a large part the scum, jock pukes that picked on you in High School looking for a lifetime extension to keep doing it.
