There's enough College Republicans that are having wet dreams about her coming to have an empty crowd.

I. Can't. Wait. 😀

Unfortunately there's a mandatory coat check and you're not allowed to take anything in with you. Any ideas of what to do or say during the "Q&A"?
Just curious... If you don't like her, why bother to go? To make a scene? Do you yell at the TV when there is something on that you don't like rather than change the channel? Kind of childish if you ask me.

Whenever some agenda driven hack I disagree with comes to my town to make a presentation, I don't go. Just like when there is a show on TV I don't want to watch, I change the channel.

I've never understood the need for some people to make bigger asses of themselves than the asses they despise. Grow up. Let Ann and her sychphants have their fun. Save your money for a ticket to Al Gore's next show at your campus.
What if it was the KKK?

Then I definitely wouldn't go. 😉

There are some disgusting people out there with some seriously messed up and vitriolic views/opinions. But the constitution applies equally to everyone. Even assholes.
Well said. Doesn't mean you can't practice your constitutional right to speak against them.
I never said he couldn't. I just said it was childish. And it is. Grownups don't throw pies at each other. And they don't hurl random insults at each other either.

My parallel was on the mark. When something comes up on the TV that you don't like, do you thow things and yell at the TV or do you just change the channel?

Ann Coulter is in town. So what? She's a total attention whore. She probably gets off on the odd heckler who decides to make an idiot out of themselves. Don't like her? Don't go.

Aharami had a great point. An empty seat makes a bigger statement than any heckler. What if the KKK held a parade and nobody came? No press. No protesters. Just a bunch of idiots in sheets walking down an empty street. That would be sweet. 😉

Hokay, just to change the convo a little bit here. How do the republicans in here who don't like her or the fact that liberals claim she is backed by republican feel that the youth groups associated with your party (your party's future) love her and are willing to pay her to speak for the group?

The children of the 911 widows deserve the hate that Ann and people who cutely dismiss her comments as nothing - that's what they get..... Yah!

Worst part is I think her views are in line with a lot of middle to far right conservatives... she just has the balls to say it-- while those in power, if they said it, would instantly lose their "political credibility."

It's their money. Personally I think she's an embarrassment. Politically active college kids tend to lean to one extreme or the other anyway. It makes sense that the CRs would like her. I was like that when I was younger. Time and experience tends to temper the extremism in most of us.

Who knows, they might hate her too and could just be doing it to tweak the libs on campus. 😛

I would make beautiful religious sacraments in her honor outside the auditorium.

Yes, I'm conservative. Yes, I think she rules.

:Q

you disappoint me, man 🙁

I must support all things ultramanly, which pretty much sums up the conservative viewpoint (when was the last time you saw a liberal lumberjack? :confused😉.

She's a woman, I hear, but dammit is she ever manly.

haha you've redeemed yourself 🙂

Ann Coulter = highly opinionated hack who makes a living on saying stupid and provocative things to gain attention. Not worthy of your time IMO.

I think its thoroughly disgusting that your school has even invited her after all of the hate and vitriol she constantly spews.
is it really any different than inviting someone like Michael Moore to speak?

The partisanship attacks are the same but the putrid vulgar over the top attacks go way beyond crossing the line. Its an embarrassment for the school to even give her a forum, muchless pay her to do it.

Her 15 minutes should have been up years ago.

The fact that she's not behind a drive-thru window just illustrates what is wrong with our country.

Just because she's a blonde-haired blue-eyed redneck's wet dream, don't give her a soapbox to preach on.

Questions will be screened, dissenters will be thrown out, it's already been decided.

You'd be better off not going and giving her a sea of empty seats to stare at.

best answer yet.

Ask her what she would have done if her significant other had been killed in 9/11 making her a widow.

she's got a significant other? jesus... wtf is the world coming to?
oh c'mon, she's probably a tiger in the sack.

yeh, nice of me to put that image in your head, eh? 😛

here's one that counters it...man hands.... :Q

there, all better now. 😀

Hey, if it's a Sunday you probably don't have to go. There's no way I would be in attendance for a Coulter visit if I had a way out.

Nice decision by your school to bring in someone whose primary method for anyone even knowing who is she is slander and blatant lying.
