I love it when college kids think they get the better of Ann Coulter when they shout her down and throw stuff at her when she speaks. I dont much care for the woman, but when the average American watches what transpires at these events on TV, who do you think looks like the immature idiots? So who really wins??

Just something to think about.

like i've said, she is controversial. nine times out of ten controversial people are in the news as compared to someone who makes sense.

She was well received at the CPAC event. The disgusting thing is, Mitt Romney and the other republican candidates were shaking hands and posing with her for photo ops after she made those disgusting comments against john edwards, but once it was apparent that Coulter's john edwards comments were damaging, they dissasociated themselves with her. Talk about principles

About at principled as any politician. They'd shake hands with the devil if it got them reelected.

Ask her why she doesn't just perm her hair and dye it black if she wants to be Howard Stern.
Honestly though, she really should not be allowed within 1000 feet of any place of learning.

Nobody makes Ann Coulter look worse than Ann Coulter. She only opens her ugly mouth to change feet.

Exactly. ANY publicity that you give this bitch will just help to improve her book sales. Do the world a favor and ignore her.

Think about the parallels between Ann Coulter and Andy Kaufman back in the day. Other than the audiences they cater too, they are no different. People that hated Andy Kaufman bought tickets to see him get humiliated in Nashville, and people buy tickets to watch Ann Coulter get humiliated at speaking events. Meanwhile, they've both made millions of dollars by people that hate them dignifying them with their hatred. Ann Coulter did it with the left, Michael Moore did it with the right, Andy Kaufman did it with Nashville rednecks.

You actually support them with your hatred. Your hatred is actually part of her business model.

I love Ann Coulter! I admit, she's out there, but it's part of her schtick. Her purpose on this earth is to be a voice for conservatism. She's chosen to be somewhat controversial about it, to be heard. If she was as non-contoversial as the head of the Republican Party (I don't know who it is either...that's my point), then she wouldn't be heard. Maybe she goes TOO far, and distorts her message. But I like her.

If you love Ann Coulter, then you must be a liberal, because all she does is make herself and the conservative movement look idiotic.

Nah, I consider myself pretty intelligent, and I don't think she makes the conservative movement look idiotic. I wish more conservatives had the guts to say what she does. It's refreshing. I don't care who it offends. I'm tired of this PC world, where offending someone is as harsh a crime as murder. I say, offend and be prepared to be offended. Who cares?

Just don't take away your guns and don't insult God. Otherwise it's okay to call gays faggots and scum of society, right?

I actually kind of agree. The really extreme stuff you hear are just the little tidbits the media picks up on to stir up some outrage. In between that, she does say alof of stuff that I think many people agree with, but just cant be said in this PC world. I was thinking along the lines of her about the 9/11 widows before she weighed in on it. When I saw that town hall meeting thing with the 9/11 families questioning that government official, I remember seeing the wife of some executive or investment banker stand up and talk about how she needed a bigger cut of aid because she has more "responsibilities" than the wife of say, a window washer. Those responsibilities of course being the bmw payment and designer handbags. That made me sick. People lose their spouses, and breadwinners, in tragedies every day, and make the necessary lifestyle changes because of it. Somehow, they feel entitled to alot more. Many have exploited the tragedy in various ways, and think they are immune from any criticism, because got knows you cant question the motives of a 9/11 widow, you insensitive bastard.

:disgust: which is why conservative bloggers and politicians who attended CPAC denoucned her right afterwards. She's the antithesis of intelligent discourse. If i wanted to get my anti-PC rage on, i'd watch southpark or something. She makes the conservative movement look idiotic and more and more conservatives are finally realizing this point.

Ann Coulter quotes:

These broads are millionaires, lionized on TV and in articles about them, reveling in their status as celebrities and stalked by grief-arazzis... These self-obsessed women seemed genuinely unaware that 9/11 was an attack on our nation and acted as if the terrorist attacks happened only to them... I?ve never seen people enjoying their husbands? deaths so much.

I don't know if [former U.S. President Bill Clinton is] gay. But [former U.S. Vice President] Al Gore - total i love you.

We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity.

Bill Clinton "was a very good rapist"; "I'm getting a little fed up with hearing about, oh, civilian casualties"; "I think we ought to nuke North Korea right now just to give the rest of the world a warning.

The ethic of conservation is the explicit abnegation of man's dominion over the Earth. The lower species are here for our use. God said so: Go forth, be fruitful, multiply, and rape the planet ? it's yours. That's our job: drilling, mining and stripping. Sweaters are the anti-Biblical view. Big gas-guzzling cars with phones and CD players and wet bars ? that's the Biblical view.

When we were fighting communism, OK, they had mass murderers and gulags, but they were white men and they were sane. Now we're up against absolutely insane savages.

My only regret with Timothy McVeigh is he did not go to the New York Times building.
