I have not given a single source to my claim because it common accepted knowledge already and your just being pedantic for the sake of it and i have noticed since AMD cards having started to pull more and more ahead you have become increasingly more so.

Turkeys & christmas, perhaps? Maybe the difference being that for some people, Nvidia or Intel are their special friends and once neither has much competition left they will get a medal - or maybe its more like a golden pricetag?

Nope as he did not lie, that fact is NV are better in those older titles, but just because there is some aspect of compute in them it does not make that said gfx card better at compute.

And why is the HD7870 in front of the GTX680 if it was by compute power? They write they use DXCompute:

So in the end, isnt it just about one maker using optimzied drivers and the other aint?

Who uses compute mostly?Yes the professional guys and sadly AMD's new lineup gets hammered by NV's 2 year old quadro.AMD is winning in those games not because of compute but they worked closely with the developers.When a 660Ti beats 7970 in BL2 people can't say 660Ti is better than 7970.It all depends on the implementation.

Most here are interested in gaming aspects of the card and if compute helps out then im all for it and OpenCL.

Compute is not helping anything.The only thing that helps is called "dev relations". The new pro cards from AMD has better theoretical performance compared to NV's old quadro yet it loses why?They worked with devs and hence the superior performance simple.

And rememberer its in relation to my res and what i use and it would not be any of the mid range cards.

HD78xx is just as "crippled" as Kepler. The only time your "compute BS" can be true would be for HD79xx.

Well i was talking about the HD79xx, why the hell would i want a HD78xx, lower end cards get crippled, but by your own admission Kepler is crippled top to bottom on the consumer card.
