Hello i have been lurker on the forum since long time ................. but this " The Green Bean " has finally made me sign up and do posting.

I am from india and a hindu.

Now we are very fortunate that we have a pakistani who has hindu friends, has family connection in india, has traveled to india, has Christian friend, and out of less then 5000 parsi in pakistan he somehow found them and loves them dearly too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and is friend with them such a lovely environment of peace in pakistan.

There are 20,000 + parsis and most live in my city, Karachi. Most of those are involved in the education sector.

He worries about fate of indian muslims, indian caste system, kashmir issue and etc etc such a kind soul.

If indian muslim have such a horrible place in india and in specially gujarat then why aren't muslims running away into pakistan..........there should have been huge refugee camp in pakistan.............do know that indo pak share huge border..........why aren't muslims running away from india..........they are poor anyway as per mr the green been.......so they have nothing to loss. Why isn't there any huge refugee camp in pakistan of indian muslims................ One really wonders.

You can't just leave your house, belongings, jobs, family, friends and move to another country which is in no way prepared to take all those refugees. All Muslims may not be poor, but the majority are--when compared to the Hindus anyway.

i mean he says india doesn't allow muslims to own flats..........as he keeps say they are " denied" the flats here. so by defination all of them live in slums or in bunglow........if they live in bungalows they are rich.............weird. and if in slum they have nothing to loss by running away from indian hell hole.

Stop misquoting me. I never said India does not allow Muslims to own flats. The law has nothing against Mulsims. But in a country like India, the law and life in in it's practical purposes are separate issues. Most buildings are run by "societies" and they almost always deny Muslims the right to own flats on whatever pretext. There was a female Muslim MP who couldn't find a flat in Mumbai because of her religion.

While pakistan is free of all the faults and all the turmoil is because of india, america, RAW, Jews, Britian, israel, imperialism etc etc etc.

In that case, the point is moot.

The context of his post referred to Lemon Law's post. Undoubtedly it is possible to rid of every Al-Qaeda member anywhere and everywhere in the world. How feasible it is, thats an open question.

Lemon Law also correctly pointed out that the countless of Al Qaeda operatives have been arrested in Pakistan. Because our military and government have nothing really positive to show for almost 10 years of occupation of Afghanistan, the scapegoat is the neighboring country.

So if Pakistani intel was so complicit in protecting OBL, how come why forte did they not detect and shut down the US house that was trying to spy on the OBL house?

Oh there are shitholes in the UK too but it's not comparable to the third world nation where women are acid burned for wanting a divorce and where there is a REAL caste system in practice, complete with the slavery it brings.

In 10-20 years many African nations will be the "up and coming" new nations while India will still be a third world shithole worse off than it is today.

I have to somewhat laugh at the JOS rant to Chimak, and in closing JOS says, "Either you do it or we will."

Funny thing there, ole JOS has been trying to get the whole place to straighten up its act, but has done it with such arrogance and lack of respect, that JOS ( or should I say the US and Nato ) makes the original problems worse. Bringing new meanings to words like irony and counterproductive.

India and Pakistan are relatively new nations that are both trying to modernize. This stupid and bungled Nato occupations of Afghanistan has sadly had the effects of destabilizing both India and Pakistan. When India and Pakistan start working together their futures will look far brighter. But both nations have terrorist problems, when foreign powers come in and unwittingly empower the terrorists, its a lose lose lose situation.

And JOS, lest you think I reserve all criticism to GB, I am far more critical of my nation's behavior in the USA. As for India, its a hell of a lot better off now than then it was when it gave the Brits the ole heave ho in 1948. So is Pakistan, but still India with 1.2 billion people has the bigger uphill climb.
