Another day, another ACORN corruption video
NY Post Article
This third video is from the ACORN office in NYC.
Where are all the liberals at now that were trying to justify this as "one isolated incident" and/or "a stupid conspiracy by right-wingers such as Fox"?
I wonder what will be next...another video similar to these, or another case of ACORN being busted for voter fraud? :disgust:
Edit: Darn, Fear No Evil beat me to it.![]()

Appears Acorn's complicated network of management is working against them. They can't seem to get the faxes out to the offices to STFU if someone asks about prostitution advice.

God, these Acorn people make me ill as I watch these videos. Do they people they hire have any qualifications whatesoever?
The RNC? DNC? Any number of large financial institutions? Much of the insurance industry? Many government contractors?Originally posted by: GoPackGo

Show me a group that gets millions in federal govt funding and is accused left and right of fraud and other criminal activities.
show me that and I will rail against them as well.
That's my impression as well. It makes the story more sensational and keeps it in the headlines when they can push them out over time. It would be interesting to see how many times they tried this and failed to get the damning footage they wanted. It would also be interesting to see what sort of results they'd get if they tried it with lawyers and tax advisers. Of course that doesn't fit their anti-ACORN agenda.Originally posted by: GoPackGo

My guess is they completed all of their filming before releasing the first video

From a legal perspective, I assume this is entrapment and not actionable. Nonetheless, ACORN needs to clean up its act.

First time is a mistake, second time a coincident , third time, maybe there is a major problem that's hidden.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I agree. That's what I was thinking of when I said "from a legal perspective." I was suggesting that IF a law enforcement agent did this it would be considered entrapment and would not be actionable. Since these "investigators" were private citizens acting on their own it is not legally entrapment.Originally posted by: 1prophet
This is not entrapment just like To catch a Predator or Perverted Justice is not entrapment.Originally posted by: Bowfinger

Entrapment is the act of a law enforcement agent inducing a person to commit an offense which would be illegal and the person would otherwise have been unlikely to commit.
