He's Mexican and all I hear all day is "Hey poppy I wish I had a stomach like you" and "Are you growing a beard.' I like it." And "Let me give you a message poppy."

Whould a guy say these things to another guy? WTF...

So starting it off with "He's Mexican" has relevance how? No, I am not pulling the racial card, i am just curious if it was a white guy would you have started the same.

i am not trying to offend anyone but its a two sided coin and no one should overtly force their sexuality on someone who does not share their views.

since when do you run to the boss over something a co worker is doing (without speaking to that co-worker first)?

and from what he has described he is not "being hit on" (other than, possibly, in his imagination)
