The Dems radical policies like "not letting people starve in the streets" and "not letting people die of disease in the streets" and "getting us out of iraq" and ?

Who the fuck cares about a "Mosque" in NYC, we have bigger shit to worry about. FFS half of P&N is about that stupid "cultural center", amendment #1, fuck off, now lets solve some real problems.

I think that this is more of a reflection of the democrats inability to market themselves rather than their actual policies.

Obummer is one of the greatest marketing presidents ever, probably could give Clinton a run for his money. It's the policies.

I wish Obama would move towards the center. The continuation of the Wars, the corporate whore Romneycare bill, and the inattention to the offshoring problem puts him squarely in the right wing. Obviously, he's not a Palin level wingnut, but he's a center-right corporatist President.

Except the healthcare bill was a production of a Democrat Congress... you're just neglecting that the Democrats are owned by the corporations, just as the Republicans. Corporation ownership of politicians is not a right-wing trait, it is a politician's trait.

Its hard to understand why most Americans now dissaprove of him isn't it? You just can't quite wrap your head around why the majority of this country dissaproves of him.

Keep trying to figure it out. Its fun for us to see you grapple with this, its like watching a monkey try to solve a rubics cube.

"For the first time, most people said they disapprove of Obama's performance as president. Some 52 percent of those surveyed said they strongly disapprove, somewhat disapprove or lean toward disapproving of his job performance."

Nothing to figure out, same reason most Americans thought Saddam had WMDs or planned 9/11.

Ah yes. We are just stupid, got it.

So when Obama took office and had a 70%+ approval rating, those people were smart. Now his approval rating is in the mid/low 40's, and suddenly those same people are stupid.

Gotcha.

Uh, having his support nearly halved is pretty fucking significant. Wouldn't you agree?

Tell me in your own words, senseamp, why you believe Obama's support has dropped from over 70% at his inauguration, to just barely over 40% now. What happened to his supporters? Why are they leaving in droves?

Only if you care about opinion of stupid people.

Stupid people are susceptible to FUD.

So nearly half of Obama's original supporters turned stupid, and fell victim to "FUD"? Is that it? That is your explanation for Obamas drastic loss in supporters in less than two years in office?

It has nothing to do with several unpopular positions ranging from healthcare to immigration? That has nothing at all to do with it? Its just "FUD"?

Lol! That also reminds me of the pole where more people wanted Bush back than Obama to remain president.

I didn't think you had a logical explanation for his nearly 50% drop in support in less than two years. Just put that head back in the sand where it belongs.

Actions speak louder than words. Oblah-blah-bama was great at giving speeches, talking everybody up on a platform of "change", getting himself elected, and backed up by substantial majorities in the senate and house. Now that he's been in office and hasn't been able to do much, even with a substantial majority in congress, people are pissed off.

If you want a logical explanation for why stupid people have this or that opinion on any given day, you won't get it from me, sorry.

Incorrect, and as the poll shows they are pissed off at what he has done and says he wants to do. The American People have simply rejected his words, actions and radical agenda and laws. We The People do not want what he is pushing. Only the severe leftists think he hasn't gone too far, everybody else think he has and we want none of it and he MUST be stopped.

The majority of this nation has only one word to say to Obama - NO.

I'm a gun owner and independent voter...

We talk on here frequently and agree on some things...

We tend to disagree when you're being a self-serving bull headed partisan retard.

I will only respond to your posts if they have substance to the topic from now on... It will save me an enormous amount of typing.

Polls never mattered to you when your hero GW was president and had a republican majority. What has changed, other than you don't like Dems?

We have a fucking communist racist radical community organizing crook in office who is pissing off the people every single day. GWB never was like that and put country first and believed in American exceptionalism.. Obama is totally opposite with a deep seated racist hatred for America, purposefully and willingly destroying our economy and country. Watch what he does, hear what he says, it's all painfully obvious and We The People are WIDE AWAKE now. I have always been awake to what he is as it was apparent before the primaries really got going.

Reminds me of the recent poll that said the majority wanted Bush back over what Obama is doing now.

Approving or disapproving of his performance does not mean they are leaving in droves.
Is there a poll showing how those who voted Dem are going to vote Rep this time?

None of what you stated here is a rational argument. You're well in mooney territory.

What I meant to say is that he's passed stuff that polarizes people. When he got elected he wanted to drive bipartisan policy, and we haven't seen any of that.

It's all part of Alinsky plan and divide and conquer. How can you rebuild something and pass laws that would have been unthinkable before if you don't make it collapse (create crisis)? Obama has always been a radical his entire life, is it not surprising that most people think his agenda is too extreme/radical?

So what is the easiest way for him to enact his goals? Destroy the economy and make people so desperate they cry out to the government to "save" them. Listen to his speeches about the economy and how he's "saved us from the brink".

Make job producers the enemy and constantly demonize them, remember, there's no defense for ridicule and you see him pull this move constantly everytime he talks.

Oh yes, I know exactly what he is. And the country is rejecting him thank god.

The Republicans in here have really fallen off their rocker ahead of the election cycle.
