Not at all. But I still can't figure out if it's the leeches on government handouts that think they'd riot (knowing they would), or the tax payer knowing the leeches would? Probably both but more so on the leech side. Just look at what happened over just cutting back a little bit in Europe.

Welfare, foodstamps and all the other freebies are really just to keep them from rioting anyway. Placate the herd.

that's a dangerous path to take though. what happens when the herd realizes they have power and demands more? like a crying baby, just give it what it wants, just give it what it wants, again and again..... you've now created the status quo that the baby gets what it wants, when it wants it. bad place to be.
