What memory config are you looking to run? If you want to mess with 4xDIMM configs you actually want "worse" topology, e.g. T-topology. If you're trying for 2xDIMM then of course you want daisy chain. Keep in mind that it is your IMC that is more likely to limit your max memory overclock (assuming you want 1:1), rather than the motherboard, and there may be some performance benefits from running 4xDIMM instead of 2xDIMM.

MSI Unify B550 line also has some severe coil whine issues... Something to be aware of.

The most important thing, besides hardware quality, is getting something with good firmware support as AMD is constantly updating the AGESA. I think Asus would be a good alternative and MSI is not that much behind.
