What's up with all the idiots around him hitting their brakes? ON THE HIGHWAY!!! It's wide open ahead of them, and yet you see people slowing down a lot. That's very dangerous. They should just keep doing what they're doing, it provides less variables for the guy on the bike.

We're in a world where AOL is the top ISP... do I have to fill in the blanks for you? :)

well said Gurck, well said

If anyone is still wondering what they used to capture the video, they may have used something like this. I bought one a while back for trail riding and poker runs. Not too bulky, but ya still have to wear a backpack to hold the camera. Doesn't matter much to me considering I just stuffed it in my CamelBak :D.

i dunno... one guy's head smashed like a piece of fruit vs another guy with the last bits of blood leaking out of his empty skull...

i still think the most disturbing one was the drug dealer impaled on the fence and his head just popped right off

I imagine the cop just figured he'd see him a little while later...in pieces.

People like that need to die in an accident.
He will.

Hopefully he slams into a 1997 Maxima SE.
Speaking of which a few years ago I checked my side view and the road was clear. I pulled out and looked up and a couple of frigging clowns on sport bikes were jamming their brakes on to avoid rear ending me. They'd been going so fast that they came up on me too quickly. Basically when I checked my side view I wasn't checking for people going 120 mph. I think they'd have lost if they hit me!

It'd be no different if it were a car going 30mph. Either way you didn't see them, and you pulled out in front of them. You know bikes at high speeds can cut right through a car, right?
That's what I did, yes! Entirely their fault if it was an accident too, I might add.

I don't think they would be in any trouble with the law whatsoever.

Yeah they would have to answer to the guy upstairs. As long as he made a complete turn on to the road before getting into the theorical accident the bikers would be at fault. If he was unable to complete the turn then it would be up to the lawyers to try and prove the bikers where trying to set a new land speed record.

I woudn't think it would be too hard to tell if the front of the bike was bashed in from rear ending a car moving almost 3 times as fast as it was.

Holy crap Nebor, not only are you a blatant troll, you're also so mind-blowingly stupid it amazes me. Let me illustrate for you exactly how stupid you are.
A vehicle going 120 mph will move 176 feet in one second.
A vehicle going 30 mph will move 44 feet in one second.

Assuming this was a highway and Scoorb was going 60 mph, he would have moved 88 feet in one seccond. Assume he checks his mirrors, then his blind spot, then changes lanes, and there is one second between the time he checks his mirrors and the time he starts the lane change. Someone who was going 15 mph faster than him (reasonable to expect) would have gained only 22 feet on him. Someone going 60 mph faster than him would have gained 88 feet on him. He did what he was supposed to do. The bikes obviously weren't visible in his side mirrors when he checked.

You need to STFU and grow up.

That was almost funny as an event happened in San Diego, on a Saturday night, a long long time ago (local ricers get together in Kerny/Mira Mesa). This white Civic hatch back came screaming down passed the cops that was trying to disperse people. You can see all the black and whites scramble and chase after this Civic. About 10 mins later, the cops came back, empty handed and once again started to disperse the crowd. And once again, here came this Civic, and it was deja vu. And then the helicopter came, and we all went home. The end.

EDIT: You all are being pwned by Nebor, all he's saying is, you can't prosecute a dead (possibly unrecognizble) corpse.

Bikers like this are just an accident waiting to happen. Doing that in traffic is asinine. My friend broke his neck 6 months ago on one. I'd told him that a 1200cc was too big for his first one. I won't lie, I'm scared of bikes. These guys were lucky but their luck might run out. A local DJ around here was scraped up last month after wrecking his. Wife and kids.

Man, some of you guys need to read the entire thread before you go nuts. Also, attend some anger management courses...

I can't speak for anyone else, but I was replying to your post that it was Scoorb's fault if the guys hit him whether they were doing 30 mph or 120 mph.

Your "joke" made no sense in context, because whether they were dead or alive they could still be found at fault in the accident (which would obviously benefit Scoorb for insurance reasons).
