People like that need to die in an accident.
He will.

Hopefully he slams into a 1997 Maxima SE.

STFU. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to hit 180mph on the highway. Especially when there are other motorists around.

Because he can? Nothing bad happened. The most dangerous thing there was the people slamming on their brakes with other cars behind him.

I hope you don't wonder why insurance rates on sport bikes are so high :) Half the people who own them end up dead with somebody's grill as a make-shift coffin. Just because he went 180 this time without dying, doesn't mean he wouldn't in the future, and a 700 lb bike ramming into your car at 180 mph is going to hurt as much as a regular car hitting you at a fairly moderate speed. Course, it will hurt the guy on the bike more.

Speaking of which a few years ago I checked my side view and the road was clear. I pulled out and looked up and a couple of frigging clowns on sport bikes were jamming their brakes on to avoid rear ending me. They'd been going so fast that they came up on me too quickly. Basically when I checked my side view I wasn't checking for people going 120 mph. I think they'd have lost if they hit me!

It'd be no different if it were a car going 30mph. Either way you didn't see them, and you pulled out in front of them. You know bikes at high speeds can cut right through a car, right?

Probably slowing down because they saw the cop parked beside the highway.

The really bad thing is after he went by the cop he took the off ramp and went past another motorcycle. You think that cop could tell the diff. between which bike it was. Hope that 2nd biker did not get pulled for that. :)

That's what I did, yes! Entirely their fault if it was an accident too, I might add.

Given that he started by a friend bike and there was the other on the off ramp I'd bet that they communicated and deliberately found that cop, then the guy radioed back to his friend and told him about the cop, then he just filmed this for fun, already knowing a cop would be there.

Bah, I've seen this before and from what I hear the guy didn't get into trouble as the cop was in cahoots with the biker finding out how fast he can go.

what, his speedo doesn't do a good enough job of it? I'm skeptical of the "story" :p

I don't think they would be in any trouble with the law whatsoever.
