You need to add that 32 core uncommissioned box in quick, and get it going on WCG !

Urgh I am creating a sauna!
On another note, I have put an additional 14 threads/cores into the race! However that is all the parts I have, I need to buy more to put the other 4 procs into play

EDIT: I am calling it, both systems thermal throttled and eventually(15 mins later) went into thermal shutdown, see I don't have air conditioning and its bloody 35C, indoors, with it being 37C out.....

Finishing in 14th is about the TeAm average for races. We currently are in 14th. We do have an upcoming threat though, from AMD Users, who may overtake in 3 days or so, just before the race ends. Time to snap/crackle/pop/ and CRUNCH. ;)

Is there any way to view each team member's contribution to the challenge itself, rather than all-time contributions?

My 5820K crashed at 10:28 this morning. That's new. So I lost over 10 hours of crunching with six cores. :(

Ah crap. Mjolnir had no communication for unknown reasons while I was at work, and ran dry of both PG and WCG. I've not seen that before, without some sort of network error.

I had a power outage this morning. My main machine is on a UPS, and another machine auto-started. But my laptop, which has its battery out, didn't. Lost a few hours there, but it's the slowest machine I have.

All my recent hardware purchases have been GPUs, as such my contribution to this project has not been all that great. I'll have to reexamine the utility of putting some older Xeons or maybe some X79 platforms to work, if there are more CPU-only projects that catch the attention.

Just make sure you need the heat. :) The majority of the projects are indeed CPU only though. Milkyway and Einstein (and soon to be Universe) are best for AMD cards, especially those cards with high double precision (7970 and 280X). For Nvidia you have several math choices, and for medical research you have Folding of course, and GPUgrid. POEM is no more. :(

Seems like a short list, what have I missed fellas? Asteroids...actually one of the better CPU paying projects. SETI of course, although they seem to have made a mess of things lately.

We finished in 15th. You may now finish up tasks and deactivate all the extra space heaters you have running, if you so desire. ;)

Thanks to all who participated in this race, who normally does not run WCG!
