100 Day Burpee Challenge

05/17: 45 burpees. I think I'm going to have to stop doing these as my "warm-up", as they are taking a while and burning up my muscles a bit. From now on, I'll try to spread them out into sets of ~10 through out the day.

It looks like it. Gramboh was in and out, but he hasn't posted anything in a while.

@brikis98 - I think I'm going to have to break these up throughout the day too, especially as we get into higher numbers. I'm going to be stuck in a hospital with my wife for most of next week, so I may have to get creative with the timing and location of these. I reckon the nurses won't be too happy with me if I'm jumping up and down in the post-partum unit.

I'm out guys, last day I did them was 5/9, had an injury and was out of town partying (lame excuse). The amount I'd have to make up now is too painful to think about. I might just re-start at 40 and go from there on my own but I won't be able to do the challenge properly. Good luck :)

They are definitely adding up fast. Are you doing these all in one set or breaking them up?

around 25 or 30 i started breaking them up into 3 sets during warmups (except for 36 when i was challenged to see how many i could do in a row). at 40 i started breaking them up into 4 sets.

i believe at 50 i'll have to start breaking them up into different parts of the day :eek:
