13 miles this morning in my new MT1010s with my new Nathan HPL 020. I will run faster next time, 9:39 pace is NOT what I am going to be satisfied with.

7.2 miles today. That is the circumference of Lake Minneola btw. Gorgeous day at the lake: sunny, warm, and a slight breeze. Girls in swimsuits in January did NOT hurt my feelings at all.

I need to remove that race from my signature, I've revised my race schedule a bit. 50M on 4/6/13 and 100M on 9/14/13. Sorry for not fixing this sooner.
 
Anyone have any races coming up? I am signed up and confirmed for a trail 55K on 2/3, it'll be a good test before my trail 50M on 4/6. The 50M will be my test for the trail 100M I am just about ready to pull the trigger on in September. See sig for link to the 100M race.

I'm doing the Goofy Challenge at Disney World this weekend. It's a half marathon on Sat. and a full on Sunday. To an ultra runner like you, that's probably a normal training weekend! 😀

Not at all, that's quite the cool run. I'd love to do it, maybe next year. Are you local to central Florida?
