Haven't been this busy at work this past week for a while. Only managed 20 miles and that was with 10 today.

Took Monday off, ran 4 miles yesterday, and ran 6 miles today including a one mile time trial in 4:46. Unofficial PR was 4:56 from a 3x mile workout back in 2010 so this is a good PR. Thinking I could probably sneak under 4:40 if it were an actual race and not a solo TT. Kind of makes me want to go find a track meet with a full mile event and run that! Instead I am running a road 5K on Saturday, then taking a week off and going on vacation in the Dominican Republic.

Hmm, that is surprising. Based on your other times your mile should definitely be faster.
