+ 75. I have found that I can't keep my mileage up at the level I marathon train at when I'm doing a ton of 5K and faster work. Oh well, the quality is there. Last weekend I tied my 5K PR of 16:24, and this Saturday I attempt to break that PR on my first track race since 2009 I think.

Matt, you are a complete monster. Wanna move to Orlando by any chance? I need a speedy training partner to get my pace up. The 100 I'm signing up for is a flat, fast race and I'd like to debut strongly.

Anyways, what's your goal race this year sir?

I usually don't do much better on the track (compared to road races I mean). But if you can run 27:15 for 5 miles you should be able to do 16:10 at least, unless you're one of those guys with only one gear. You totally got this.
