Nice! My 10k is pretty weak compared to my 5k, 8k and 10 mile actually, but I rarely do it. Wonder if I'm faster at it now.

Thanks neocpp. The longer version of the story is this: I went out for a solo exploration run in my new community. I'd been out running for almost an hour when I came across a race in progress. The course was the trail that would take me home so I had to share the trail with them. The marshalls just told me to go for it. Makes me wonder how I would have done if I was fresh and actually in the race...

And excellent work on your race today drteming!

9 today. I saw a ladies bike race, or more likely the bike leg of a ladies triathlon. Those women were quite impressive, both to watch ride and to look at. wowzers

F*** a duck. Run 100 miles a month, no problems. Go hit a couple of buckets of golf balls, and I mess up my right hamstring. Oh well, time to stretch and stretch...

Cool! Congrats to your buddy.

I did 6 miles tonight. Got chased up a hill by a girls track team, probably junior high age. I must have been on their turf... o_O
