Since my last post in this thread:

05/30: 3x300 yard shuttle runs + 800 yards during warm-up = ~ 1.0 mile
06/06: 8x40 yard sprints + 400 yards during warm-up = ~0.5 miles
06/08: 3x800m runs + 800m during warm-up = 2.0 miles
06/13: 4x800m runs + 800m during warm-up = 2.5 miles
Total = 6.0 miles

Excellent, welcome to the trail club IB. :thumbsup:

Yeah, great job guys!

Looks like I will be adopting a year old Ridgeback in a couple of weeks and that'll get me back into trail running.

I was just telling my wife I needed a canine running buddy yesterday while we were driving home from her parents house. She glared at me and said she wanted to get rid of the ones we have now. They aren't going anywhere but :( all the same.

:thumbsup: RagingBITCH would be proud!

11.5 miles today.

Checked the results for my trail race yesterday and they made an error - I was actually 5th, not 6th! I'll take it heh.

Same walk as the other day but I used a map to really check the distance this time: 2.7 miles (4.4km). Since I only wrote 2 miles the other day (that was just a guestimate), I'll add 3.4 miles today to compensate.

Our habit is to leave off the decimal.

Nice, IB! 5th overall is pretty sweet! And single tracks are always fun!! I did 3 miles this morning, then 7 miles this evening (4 barefoot) followed by 8x 100m barefoot striders in the grass. So 10.5 total. I dropped a decimal a few days ago so I will round up to 5810

Thanks Scorch! I see you're doubling on some days - that's great. I'm going to start with one "double up" day this week and see how I do.
