took a little trip, but still ran
Trying to get back into shape...god I was so much more fit 2 years ago.
+6 over the last 4 days. Slowly working my way up. 2 miles a day should be a good start
5 miles on the trails at Spencer Crest this morning. They can be tricky in good weather, today there was snow and mud - I had to slow it way down to stay safe. It was beautiful out there today though, snow in the woods is almost magical.
+6 Did a good beach run today. Gotta love San Diego weather in January!
+4 on Friday
8 miles on the roads. done. 30mph winds, 10 degrees before the windchill. brrrr
+6 getting sick :-/
+4 on indoor track; though I should have run outside as it was warm enough; oh well
+8 way more tiring than normal...
52 miles since I last posted. Finding it hard to get above 40mpw. How the hell did I do 100mpw over the summer/fall???
Scorch - the days were longer and the sun and warm temps energize. We'll get our mileage back. I know I have to...
I am in mileage drought as well... I just don't like running as long when it gets cold (my fingers and toes get really sad, and they actually kinda hurt even a few minutes after I get back inside). Summer nights are the best times for those long 18 milers.
8 tonight on the trails and according to RunningAhead that's 40 miles for me over the past 7 days. Yes!
