You know what I just realized after talking to one of my employees today? Depending on what position your wrist facing, it increases or decreases the difficulty of a pull-up.

I always do my pull-up overhand, thus putting a lot of work on my forearm and wrists. That's why my forearm is super tight. If I do it w/ my wrist underhand or like holding a cup, it makes the pull-up super easy. I can pull myself up to my chest.

I did 15 over hand this morning, then did about 15 underhand, then another 15 in cup position.
