Finally able to do some pull-ups tonight. I felt a slight pain right where I cracked my ribs but nothing bad enough to keep me from doing the exercises. YES!

Faded as in stoned? Is that safe? How do you keep from eating between sets?

i have no clue, but since becoming an even bigger stoner i have lost 60 lbs so you figure it out. i actually am trying to find if anyone is doing a study between obesity levels and cannabis dispensaries in the area because i have another friend who lost 80 lbs since becoming a big time stoner and he isn't even working out.

also I did 35 today so
