It took me a while to get there Martingale. And I do them in sets. 4x10. I will drop back to 36 (3x12 soon) and then work my way up to 48. I want to be doing 60 per workout by November.
 
Hmmm, another one of those logs that I miss out on. I do 50 a day. 30 with arms parallel to shoulders, 1 minute rest, then 20 with hands forming a diamond.

150 for past 3 days.

Did 40 today. I thinking if I should switch it up a little bit and do sets of 10 instead of 15. So I'll do 4 sets of 10 with 1) over hand, hands together, 2) over hand, outside of shoulder (like if you form a Y), 3) under hand, parallel to shoulder, and 4) hands cup, parallel to shoulder. So that will work 4 different sets of muscle groups.

I find myself getting lighter in the past 2 weeks, so the pull ups have been getting real easy to do. If I do another 25 tonight, I can bring the total over 8000!
