Windows XP

300W Power Supply
Yeah they are cpu intensive but I ran this cpu tester program, when you run it, it uses 100% cpu usage to check stability, and I NEVER had a crash through using that...
Anyways in 1 game I could hardly get past...
I've had problems with game freezes, yet other intensive stuff it doesn't freeze.
If it happens it happens only in games, Im thinking its the video card

My board reads from the internal diode itself
Ive tried all the diff boards that read from the diode, MSI KT3 Ultra2, Gigabyte 7VRXP Rev2, Epox 8k3a+, Asus A7V333.
From all these boards I get tmpes range from 38c - 45c idle
Veery stable too
Yeah at first I thought it was wrong, but tried several boards and yeh its right, get around the same temps with them..Running at 44c idle atm
Maybe it's cause I have 3 case fans plus a Volcano9 which pretty much cools it very well :)
Nope temp readings are correct, I was skeptical at first, but I tried various different mobs, got around the same temp..Reason I think Ive got it so cool is cause I got 3 case fans plus a Volcano 9 which are awesome. Look up volcano9 reviews at overclockerscafe.com on there shows what temps it...
Hmm those temps are waaaay to hot for a p4 . SHould get around 35 - 42c.

Hmm
I'd say its your mobo :P
My last mobo read 30 C to high lol
was getting 65c load aswell
switched mobos and it fixed the problem..
now getting 35load
I seem to be getting the occasional crashes in games and only in games. Sometimes it halts my whole system and I'm forced to reboot and othertimes I can ctrl alt del and terminate the task.
What could it be ?? WOuldn't be cpu overheating could it ? It says its reading the cpu temp at 38c and...
