Well does it reboot to desktop or just hang up?My response is in reference to system not shutting down and hanging up,not rebooting at shutdown. So what your sayin is that it restarts when you go to shutdown?

Make sure your video drivers and sound drivers are installed properly!Also check to see if any of your programs are runnin when you shutdown. You can do this by alt, tab ,delete at desktop.If that doesnt work try pullin out your sound card,then shut down,next do the same thing with your modem...

Well i just purchased the intel gb 850 with 128 megs of rdram!! The intel board ran me 140.00 with shipping from z-buy.The rdram was 42.oo total from zbuy also. Im still gettin the duckies together for my chip. Ill probly get at least the 1.5 gig 423 socket,still a big jump from the piii 800 133...
