first of all samsung is NOT generic. infact Corsair (which is what i have) uses Samsung memory modules. as for what speed you can run...well if u have pc2700 ram then u have DDR333. which means your ram runs stock speeds at 166MHz pc2100 runs at 133MHz. so if you wanna over clock it just up the...
22C is your case im sure....34C is your CPU and 30C would be the memory..if i were to guess. those temps are very good, nothing to worry about. well i dont know if 30C is good for memory, ive never looked at memory temps. but the CPU and SYSTEM temps are good. what CPU are u running?
just so u...
well guy, im no expert but ive been doing it for quite awhile. as for what u can expect from that chip, well that depends.....sum chips clock very high and sum dont hardly at all. i have a 1.4GHz ThunderBird that i can only get a lil over 100MHz extra out of. but ive seen others get 200MHz out...

what size is the case? if there is room id drop another two fans in it. two for exhaust one for intake. also u can take the side cover of the case off and see if your temps improve any. hows the amb temps in the room its in?
pc2700 should be plenty good enough. why invest more money in this ram when DDR2 will be coming out? thats the ram i wanna spend the money on. im using pc2100 right now and im buying sum Samsung or mushy PC2700 but as for spending more for DDR400 well i just dont see the point. id rather save...
