I use the original Media Portal (version 1.x) not version 2. It can be tedious to setup but it works great.
My media is all stored on my linux box (24 TB) running Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. It also runs my UT99 server, too.
tonight I made a pork loin roast in my Instant Pot. When it was done I removed the roast and put in some chunks of carrots, 1 onion sliced in half and 4 potatoes quartered and cooked them for 5 mins.
Wow! The roast is awesome and the veggies are great!

Win 10 IoT LTSC uses an older version of win 10 - 21H2 I believe.
Personally, I will just use my win 10 Pro until I decide to upgrade to 11 on my HTPC box. I have one more year of security updates thanks to MS, so I will worry about it later on.
Win 11 also has an LTSC version that also uses...
I refuse to watch political channels. I have had my fill of politics.
I subscribe to channels about science, movies, reddit stories, computer hardware, cooking, certain mystery and crime channels and misc stuff.
I absolutely enjoy Mr. Nightmare. I also get a kick out of About Canada channels.
I lost a long time member of my family: my Sanyo microwave oven.
It has traveled with me from place to place and as dependable as the sun coming up up every morning. It was the first microwave ever I bought and I am sad.
I bought it back in 1993 - a 1.3 cu.ft 900watt unit.

The heat is leaving but now we are getting very unstable weather. It's raining now.
Yesterday, people were reporting funnel clouds in our area. They quickly dissipated and that is not unusual here.
