I am using a 110 MHz FSB with my Duron 600 and an 8.0 X mulitiplier (880 MHz).
Pretty stable, no probs or overheating.
you could go for 12.5 X 110 = 1375 MHz, but that would depend on your CPU.

There is a patch in the Microsoft update site which prevents the computer being shut down till the hard drive cache is emptied, perhaps this will help a little?
