I jumped on this deal back over the summer when FYE was doing it then too. It's a nice deal but it takes FOREVER to get the rebate. Definitely take that into consideration before jumping on this deal since initially you will have to pony up more money. I think the Target deal is better...

Why get 2 racing games? Definitely go with the 2 GC games so you can get the free Zelda disc. Just wait a few months for Project Gotham 2 to go down in price or if you have a PS2 wait for GT4 to come out instead.

Gamecube is now selling for $99 at amazon and Toys R US. There's no reason anyone shouldn't own this great console. Definitely pick one up if you haven't done so already :)

Not sure if anyone knows this yet, but Nintendo is offering a bonus demo disc of upcoming GC games if you preorder Mario Kart Double Dash. I'm not sure when the disc will be available, but it's some more incentive to preorder a great game.

This bundle deal is also on Walmart.com. My only concern with it is that it looks like it comes with the OLD XBOX controller, which was crap. The S one is much MUCH better. Mechassault isn't anything special, but Splinter Cell definitely makes this bundle worthwhile.

I bought it and I enjoyed it, but I agree that it was way overhyped. The game was made out to be something revolutionary when in actuality it was just a FPS game done really well on a console. I personally liked Metroid Prime much better than Halo.

I would wait a couple more months on the XBOX. They should be dropping in price soon with the holidays approaching. I would look for them to drop the price to $150 and maybe even bundle a game with it.

Circuit City has a great deal on Soul Caliber 2. Costs $50 but you get a free T shirt and a $10 gift card. Also, no deals on F-Zero that I've seen, but just pick it up anyway as this game is nothing short of amazing.
