AMD sux at software, but the feeling was a bit different back in shoe-string budget era. This is down to AMD to fix since it’s happening on ALL Halo machines regardless of laptop or mini PC. AMD cannot advertise this as a workstation class machine when it’s running Windows…
There is already one from Asus: ROG Flow Z13. The first launch device for Halo. And people did not like it here. This Strix Halo tablet looks interesting. No mention on if it is battery powered, how big the battery is, or how heavy it will be. Ideally it would have one and be not all that heavy. It'd be neat to have something you can use as a tablet on the go for things like media consumption, yet just as easily game (even if you have to plug it in to do so).
The problem is availability and pricing i was looking for one and couldn't find it also i don't like OLEDs due to my experience with them and how i use my laptopThere is already one from Asus: ROG Flow Z13. The first launch device for Halo. And people did not like it here.
While the first part is regional and nothing could be done about it. The second part hmm, OLED SKU does not exist for ROG Flow Z13, I have checked on ASUS USA website, and my regional one, neither list any OLED SKUsThe problem is availability and pricing i was looking for one and couldn't find it also i don't like OLEDs due to my experience with them and how i use my laptop
Really glad I can get that 160 fps in Baldur’s Gate for my fast twitch reaction times. I bet you’ve never seen anyone noscope 360 in a turn based game before.View attachment 128900
literally 60% higher fps....... just flagship CPUs
this was basically unthinkable before
is there a solid indepth explanation posted anywhere on the internet?
Higher than what ? less than any Intel contender, which there is none. Are Ryzen 9000X3D CPUs worth higher power draw for gamers?
Oh. By now I was expecting SP6 to remain a Zen 4c one-shot venture.SP6 tops out at 64 Z5c.
Edge and embedded sockets just roll out slower. It's completely normal.By now I was expecting SP6 to remain a Zen 4c one-shot venture.
@Joe NYC answering here so as not to pollute the QC threadYou may be right, I did not look at it in detail, just a glance.
But I don't think there are desktop AM5 based Kraken chips out yet, are there? And it would be quite strange to include it on a laptop.
I've never seen ETA Prime described that way before. He just glazes garbage endlessly
No nonsense overclock on a mini PC. I also loved how the video was free of fluff. Just right-to-the-point journalism. The best kind.
Nope, you may have me confused. I don't think I ever complained about its price. I have said even discounting it cannot save it. AMD simply should not waste silicon on that IOd. RDNA3 sucks even it its most "fixed" form and AMD was planning to keep shipping that garbage in 2026. Absolute joke.are you still upset over stxH ASPs?
that's very sad my friend, very sad.
how even.I'm upset that RDNA3 sucks
idk it works.and that AMD was planning to ship that garbage in 2025... and 2026...
You really HATE iGPUs. Or gamers. Or bothidk it works.
As in RDNA3.5 works. You really HATE iGPUs. Or gamers. Or both![]()
no one cares about graphics though.Feels like Intel Milking Skylake for 5-6 Years
True OEM only cares about Cheapnessno one cares about graphics though.
