Hitler would be an interesting political study.
Does that make me a Nazi?
Hitler was horrible, but people today are WAY too eager to associate other people with him.
Horrible or not he was one of the most influential people of the last century.

Wow. I'm guessing this is before they found out about the concentration camps? I think think that would of changed their perspective on "Man of the Year."

Schwarzenegger told reporters he has raised millions of dollars for the Simon Wiesenthal Center -- a Jewish organization that works to preserve the memory of the Holocaust -- to fight prejudice.
In a CNN interview from August, the center's founder, Rabbi Marvin Hier defended Schwarzenegger, saying he has done more to further the cause of Holocaust awareness than any other movie star.

Q: How do you fit 40 Jews in a VW?
A: You put them in the ash tray.
Just as racism was rampant in the US in that time period so was anti-Semitism. It's disgusting to still see apologists in 2003.
Well in Arnolds defense I seriously doubt that back then he even dreamed of running for a political office, especially Governor of CA.Originally posted by: bernse

Considering the American populous didn't even know of Extermination camps until after the war, I doubt that joke was from WW2.
If Hitler died before the war, I'd bet there would be statues around of him today in city squares.
No politician should ever mention Hitler. It's almost always going to backfire on him. Especially a politician of Austrian descent.

Zeig Heil, indeedPrepare thy sons for death on account of the sins of thy father, lest they rise again and inherit the earth, and fill the earth with wars.

But what's up with Arnold refusing to debate any of the other "candidates", including Davis. Could it be that he has no idea what he's doing?? Or that he has no real platform?? I just think it's BS that he's riding his celebrity on this thing.
