:Q!

How would we go about doing that once it's out?

Is this a challenge? Do we want a repeat of "Yes Nik, this really is my desk"? :D

Microsoft also promised that it would let customers trade-in licenses for the 32-bit version of the operating systems for 64-bit editions when the operating systems go final in the first half of 2005.

It's set to launch April 25, 2005 :)

My favorite was NT. Not because its better than XP now, but because it was so much better than '95 and '98 at the time.

That said, currently I rather enjoy XP pro.

Er, 2000 is basically a more stable version of 98SE. They even look pretty similar.

You are so wrong on so many levels......

ROTFLMAO... what's funny is he's made such a big deal about it, and yet I've heard reports of this from legit IT news sites since last summer...

Windows Me. However, you have to take it lightly and with jolly good, non violent humor.

Never used terminal services then ?

As for the question it has to be XP for me. Longhorn isn't stable/featured enough yet to make my list.

Actually Win ME doesn't suck so much anymore.

I hated it too, but I installed it on a new cheap system to test it out a bit, and it is running great, off course, its a fresh install with new chipset and graphics drivers. And it boots quick as hell.

But I still vote for XP!
