:frown:
My company has literally doubled my work load and cut my required call times. One of my supervisors came over to me and talked to me this morning. If I don't get my call times down, I'm fired. :|
These pig fvckers...
The company that owns us is giving 15million in bonuses to it's execs, but we get our printing rights taken away due to the company not having enough money. Then I have to deal with idiot techs. Here's the funny thing: I can train both Tier1 and Tier2, and I'll get fired for my fvcking call times too high because tools and the computers are too slow to do everything they want me to do in the time alotted. Since they changed what we have to do (doubled our work load), our stats as a call center have gone to the GROUND. We are now DEAD LAST instead of FIRST PLACE. Our stats are the sh|ttiest I've seen them in the two years that I've been here. And that's saying something. Most techs don't last 6 months. The ones that do usually get burnt out at 18 months.
