cheers, guys.

Yea and how many cycles has she done to get there?

she's genetically gifted. her brother BP's > 800
and her dad does ~500.
they all lift in drug-tested powerlifting contests.

What's the world record BP? I thought for sure it was lower than 800.

there are several well in excess of 1000

:Q That's a lot.

I'll lower my epenis by saying that I'm 18, 160lbs, and BP 120lbs. Just started about 6 months ago and put on well over 10lbs since.

do you work on legs at all? doesn't seem anyone could bulk up their whole body to a point where they could bench 245 while only weighing 125 unless they only focused on chest.

Seriously man, quit making sh!t up. There are VERY few, as in maybe ONE person, I've heard of and seen do over 1000lbs. And let me tell you, I'm 100% positive he's juicing.

Of course they're juicing, so is anyone in excess of 750 or so :) its just a fact of life at those weights.

6'0 - 160lbs

1 RM - 255lbs

Very rarely flat bench with a bar, almost use dumbells exclusively..

10 reps @ 80lbs (dumbells )
7 reps @ 90lbs
4 reps @ 100lbs..

All flat bench dumbells of course..

I agree, but even with juicing, I've only seen or heard of ONE person being able to bench 1000lbs or more.

Well, I guess I suck. :p I'm about 6' 1", 160, and I've never even gotten close to my body weight, maybe 8x 135 lb at peak after working out for 5-6 months last year... Oh well; I'm into legs more anyway.

I used to lift on a regular basis. My peak flat bench was 300lbs (okay - it was really 295 - I never got 300 but I rounded up). I'm 5' 9" and I was a pretty solid 185lbs at the time (yes - stocky). That's probably the best shape I've been in.

That said, unless you're doing competition you don't need to do a max BP. You can tell you're getting stronger by how you can do a set of a certain weight easier and increase it as necessary. I screwed up my shoulder on one of those max BP attempts and it's never been the same.

No rounding, if you did 295, then you did 295lbs. It takes a long time to increase your bench by 5lbs.

I dont know why people do max BP. In my opinion its dangerous and pointless. Bench something you can do 10 times.

I bench 155 ten times and i weigh 135.

10 times is pointless as well if your goal is to increase size and strength.

Bench in a rep range of 6-8 until total failure on every set. Minimize sets as well.

An average chest day for me (not including warm up sets):

3 sets flat bench
3 sets incline
3 sets decline
2 sets skull crushers
2 sets cable rope triceps extensions.

And that's it. Sometimes I may add weighted dips.

20yrs 5'7" 175lbs. 3x8 of 65's for dumbell bench. I don't like doing barbell, I'm afraid of tearing my rotator cuff. I also like to get all the stabalizers in on it too. But anyways now that my e-penis measurement is over:
 Good Job keep goin :)

On incline I actually have way more shoulder problems using dumbbells than a barbell.

When I was young, maybe 10-12 years old, I used to do like 30 pushups in a row, to "work out". One night while doing them, my left shoulder just completely collapsed, I think on the way up. I can't remember if it was really painful or not, but it was just like something came loose. I was suprised by it. I never had it looked at, but I'm wondering if some kinda permanent damage took place.
