Hmmm.............125 with 245 bench...........in 15 plus years in gyms, I have never seen a 125 pounder bench that much. Never. Either you weigh more than that, or 80 lbs of your 125 is in your arms, or its a weight machine and not free weights, or its all a lie.....uh I mean stretched a little on the truth. ;)

PS or your more like 5'0

5'8" 170lb, most mass in legs, but enough upper body mass to bench 195lb. This is during the offseason (soccer-winter) which is when I basically lift weighs to build a little mass/stay in shape a a little bit (compared to running).

Theres no way someone can lift 245lb that hardly weighs half that. Oh and for you, try taking Faty Omegas and Acids (pills) to build bulky/toned mass. Drinking shakes and whatnot isnt going to help you if you dont use them properly. And if you really do have a super high motabelism, you need to eat a lot more food, mainly meat and dairy to build mass (either fat or muscle), stay away from grains at night and sugar in the morning.

Oh, I do. People who have supermodel looks are not these "buldging" meathead types. But I should have more yes, but being all "meaty" looking is no requirement for supermodel good looks.

Excessive muscle training is a juvenile and primitive form of self improvement.

And claiming to an internet forum that you're a genius with supermodel good looks is very mature and complex.

Good job.

Don't listen to what all the critics say. As long as you continue to work out and eat right, you're doing yourself a great service. Don't worry about people that say you should be benching more, or that you're a weakling, or any of the other crap they spew out. The most important thing is that you're working out and staying healthy.

That they will. When I was a fresh in HS, I started BP at around 110-115. Which was pretty weak considering I was a pretty big guy. After continually working out for football, that number increased dramatically to my Senior year where I was maxing out around 265ish.

That numbers gone done since I graduated 2 years ago, but I focus more now on just trying to stay below what I weighed in HS and more reps + lighter weight when I do workout.
