F0ck knows.

I do know a woman that BP 250lbs but shes about 190lbs.

I'd imagine before I'm 30 I'll hit 300lbs+ with half ass BP work. Weighted DIPS FTW!

I'd just like to say I HATE weighted dips. :p

Talk about an exercise where you bust your ass.

Military press max = 145 lbs.
Lat pull down max = I never tried, but around 160 lbs.

another 140, 5'7 here.
bench max is 205 lbs

but I got really wussy shoulders, my military press max is maybe 115?

38 years old, 6' 205 lbs. My max is 325 for two reps. I've been plagued with injuries and illnesses this year though (right now I'm nursing a pulled back muscle that I've reinjured no less than 4 times).

So no real gains in the past 4-6 months. :(

That means you jack off a lot, and work out those forearms.

And since this is an e-penis thread, I'll play.

I'm 6'4" and 185 lbs. My arm-span is 6'8" so I will never be able to bench a lot. I have to push the weights up high as hell. I'm currently at 235 lbs free weights. I don't see it going up much from there.

rule of thumb, if you can do 3 reps of 285 you will be able to do 1 rep of 300 easy.

You could at least made it believable by lowering it down.

I have no reason to lie about how much I bench press because it'd be pretty worthless. It's not like I'm proud of my height/weight. I would much rather weight 150+ and bench 185lbs max.

Seems believable, if you worked on it for 5 years, 245 is possible.

Back Squat 2x (not the half assed leg twitch thing, but all the way down)
Deadlift 2.5x

I'll have to nail them all before I'm 30 :)

I'm seriously messed.

I can bench barely 1.03x, parallel squat just under 2, and deadlift 2.78.

I guess my arms are disproportional to my legs.

I'm 5'8", 108lbs. I benchpress The Wall Street Journal. On good days I can benchpress an entire week's worth!

What's the world record BP? I thought for sure it was lower than 800.
