Maybe you can spread some of the screws on the sofa and let your gf come, sit and watch you build your comp. Then you can say "uh... I need to pick up some of these screws" and accidentally touch her *there* 😀

Amen. Hell, the most joy I've gotten out of a new computer is when the slabtop arrived on Tuesday, and it's prefab.

Much like sex, it's a downhill slope after the first time. You'll spend the rest of your life trying to achieve the awesomeness of the first time, but it gets slightly less awesome every time you try. When you're like me, with two recockulous heartbreaks behind you and more computers than you can count, it's hard for either to be exciting. Only when something truly new comes around, like your first REAL laptop, or your first threesome, is it really exciting.

Build a system and have her eerrr.... as u build it. That's what I do. Relationships are all about compromise.
 
If you haven't gotten laid recently and seeing the GF is a sure thing, then by all means, see the GF. If you have gotten laid, or if seeing the GF doesn't necessary mean you're going to get laid, then build the PC.

That's what I was trying to say.

You build your box while she watches. She plays with her box while you watch. Poon while the HD formats. You can show her how to install software, or she can be under the desk while you do that.
