If you are so impatient to build your computer that you would choose to shun your girlfriend you are a fool. Spend the time with your girlfriend. When your A64 is an outdated piece of junk your girlfriend will still be there and you'll appreciate her far more than your computer.

Are you telling me a monkey can figure out what type of motherboard goes w/ what memory and what video card and set up RAID, etc? There is so much fun to it. What about switching to a new heatsink and watching the temperature drop?
I remember the days when the heatsinks used delta fans which spun at 7000-10000 RPM and there was a whine as loud as an airplane taking off. When you room is warmer than any other room in the house, you knew someone was OCing properly!
I still have 10 hours to make my decision... time is ticking. I'm leaning towards A64 guys.

Perhaps you should add a Teledildonic device to your specs, since you find the computer more enticing than a human female
