Ok so this is like.. the second such occurance in the last 2 months..
I really had to take a piss this afternoon so I stumble into some building on campus that I normally dont go into all that often, find a bathroom and find some guy on the right most urinal against a stall, leaning there. No problem.. move one away to the left and start to begin my business. I see this constant movement out of the corner of my right eye with what appears to be the final 'shake' by my neighbor.. no problem I guess... except that it goes on.. and on.. for like at least 2 minutes (I drank 64oz of coke so I really had to go).. and like he's leaning in such a way as to imply that he wants others to see him do this repetitive shaking motion.. I will leave out some of the details as I dont want to get banned (no he wasn't pleasuring himself...) but needless to say I got the fvck out of dodge quick like. After I finish he's still sitting there doing the same thing and after I left I had to change the song on my mp3 player and I looked through my collection for at least 3 minutes before deciding on an album to listen to.. he still didn't leave the room in this entire time.

But honestly wtf.. has this ever happened to any of you? This is literally like becoming a repetitve occurance and it's starting to creep me the fvck out.
