actually... if you shout "i am going to kill all of you pigs" ... you're making a statement of intent... not an opinion. and they can arrest you on probable cause or confession.
the same reason you cant shout fire in a crowded theater.... its a public nusiance... and the constitution does NOT protect that.

Dumbasses! Wearing a bomber jacket and boots without a schvastica (sp?) is easy enough. Wearing a tatoo of the same symbol under your shirt is also easy enough. it's just as easy to look like a normal, typical American family - until they pull up their sleeves to reveal the marks.

When I said bomber jacket and Springer boots, I logically meant that these have those emblems on them. I was not talking about normal boots and a normal bomber jacket. Just the stuff that nazis wear, and I really thought that was obvious. What you did is nit-picking I guess.
