That would be considered assault and harassment of a police officer, so they cant do that. I do however, see the point you are trying to make.

Assault is defined as physical. Harassment is defined as repeated.

Yelling that once is not considered assault or harassment.

Im proud to be white.

I support thier rights to peacefully assemble and say what they want. Offensive speech is the type that needs the most protection. I also support you all saying you would like to murder these potentially innocent people, unless of course you turned it into a threat.

Uhh ... right ... :Q sure, let's just do that ...

"Excuse me, you're under arrest for uttering death threats."

That's if they don't just use "perceived threat" as an excuse to draw and fire.

Ahem. Battery is phyisical, assault is the threat.
And yes, that would be harassment because you are making degratory remarks about cops. Harassment does not need to be repeated.
I dare you to go in front of the police station asd see what happens. Go inside if you think you have that right.

actually... if you shout "i am going to kill all of you pigs" ... you're making a statement of intent... not an opinion. and they can arrest you on probable cause or confession.

the same reason you cant shout fire in a crowded theater.... its a public nusiance... and the constitution does NOT protect that.

I totally agree with you! We should leave Al Qaida members alone until one proves himself violent, and only then should we go after just that one! They should be allowed to voice their opinions, to plan to kill lots of Americans, but until they do so, we shouldn't even arrest one, and after a few do so, we should not do anything against the others until they have done the same!

And before you start whining that you cannot compare the two, neo-nazism sees non-whites as non-human, and wants to rid the earth of 'that filth'. A lot of them get really violent, and I don't feel like waiting for the rest to get violent too, or for the smarter ones to play the public opinion.

If you know your neighbour will rape your kid in the near future, you don't sit there waiting for it to happen, as 'he has not yet done anything wrong', you take steps to prevent it. Yet you do not want to do anything against these f*ckheads until they kill yet another person?

Actually, your first paragraph, although it is sarcastic, I agree with. They can spout off about hating us and wanting to kill us all they want. That's not a crime. And, in case you didn't notice, this country works on "innocent until proven guilty" which means until they do something that breaks the law, there isn't anything that we can do about it other than watch them.

You can stand on the sidewalk in front of a police station and shout "I'M GONNA KILL ALL OF YOU PIGS!" and they can't do jack crap about it -as they shouldn't be. nik

I understand that, does that mean though that you oppose the action against Al Qaida and terrorism which Bush has set in motion? After all the only persons which did the actual killings died along with the rest of the people in the planes. Osama has not been seen doing any killing, does that mean we should leave him alone?

A lot of neo-nazis have already proven themselves violent, they even don't bother preaching anything but their own superiority and violence against others, should we just sit back and wait for the rest of them to get violent too?

Iraq has not yet attacked the US, yet a lot of people want to attack it to prevent Saddam from hitting first. Do you oppose that idea?

i believe if you know that (a crime) will happen, and do not do anything, i believe they can charge you with accessory to the crime, or failing to report a crime.

Does anyone ever hear of peaceful nazis? Do you ever see on the news, "Breaking news! This just in! Nazis in your neighborhood sitting in their own living room watching TV! BE AFRAID! BE VERY AFRAID!"

No.

You only hear about the violent ones. If you always see the negative sides to a group, acknowledging the positive (neutral?) sides of the group is going to be harder to do. Now, I'm not defending these somewhat lower forms of life. But, for Christ's sake, there are NeoNazis out there who are peaceful. There are branches of this group who do nothing but assemble, talk, and go have fun bowling just like your local old folks home or 4H club.

nik

They're goal is to wipe-out all foreigners from Switzerland. No believe me, they are NOT peaceful. If one of their ground principles is hate, how can they be peaceful?

off to do some shopping, will be back in an hour.... I really wanna discuss that with you(nik)

That's about the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Oh yes, we know that the primary goal of neo nazis is to destroy the SWISS. You can tell by how much bombing Hitler did in Switzerland in WWII.
The primary targets of nazi groups are not blacks, jews, and gays... They're the Swiss.
rolleye.gif

hey mista, the neonazis in SWITZERLAND wanna wipe out all foreigners here. Not the neo nazis in USA. I thought that was kinda obivous.

I don't either. But a few violent ones doesn't mean that they're all violent. You're just as bad as the Nazis because you're a stereotypical hypoctrite.

nik

You know that they are organizing some sort of "gang-bangs" here? They get together and gonna get after each foreigner they see. No, I can't respect that.

I know with equal certainty that you're going to kidnap, anally rape, and then murder any white guy with a shaved head that you come across. For that reason, it will be perfectly acceptable that I break into your house and beat you to death with a baseball bat.

I also have a shaved head, I can differ a "normal person" from a Nazi who is wearing boots, bomber-jacket, etc.

Yes, because boots and bomber-jackets make a person a nazi.
rolleye.gif

Bomber-jacket, does boots (they are a special brand, don't remember), shaved head, of course, on the bomber-jacket there are signs like "Switzerland to the Swiss people" and "foreigners don't belong here", yes, they are nazis.

So wouldn't you mind a picture of Al-Quaeda Members who are having a party?

Show me one person who has such hatred-filled tatoos on their body, is wearing Springer Boots, bomber jacket, shaved head, on their jacket racisst emblems, who isn't violent.

you really don't get it eh? If you have EMBLEMS with RACIST comments on your jacket, yeah, I would love to beat you up. I also wear baggy jeans and sometimes "gangsta" clothes, I know what you mean, but I would never ever wear a jacket with racists emblems.

bomber jacket + boots != RACIST EMBLEMS.

racist emblems = RACIST EMBLEMS

Dumbasses! Wearing a bomber jacket and boots without a schvastica (sp?) is easy enough. Wearing a tatoo of the same symbol under your shirt is also easy enough. it's just as easy to look like a normal, typical American family - until they pull up their sleeves to reveal the marks.

Jesus Christ... you people are so ... ARG!

When I said bomber jacket and Springer boots, I logically meant that these have those emblems on them. I was not talking about normal boots and a normal bomber jacket. Just the stuff that nazis wear, and I really thought that was obvious. What you did is nit-picking I guess.

OK nik, I'm not talking about someone who is HIDING where they come from. I'm talking about guys like in the picture with tattoos all over their body, etc.

Where did this idea come from of respecting anyone and everyone's opinion just because they have the "right to" it?

You may have a right to your opinion, that doesn't mean I have to respect it. Especially if it's an uneducated, brainwashed opinion such as hating all races other than your own.
