That's exactly what they do: Talk trash about people they never even talked to, billions of people they don't know the slightest thing about, and they want them dead. If you'd put 100 known pedophiles in a school full of kids, and 5 of them start raping kids, I do not want to wait for the rest to start doing the same. Maybe none will, maybe all. But I do not want to find out. Remove the threat, then look at it again.
Forbid such organisations, and only the hardcore racists will remain, not those who simply 'follow the leader'. Those you lock up, the rest may still be saved.
