His deathw as rather uneventful and there wasn't THAT much drama around it, other than than hospital and funeral scene. For such a major character, that was a pretty weak final exit from the show. I think he will be back one way or another.

Shame they didn't kill off the whole show. Its been really bad the past few seasons. There's been some ridiculously awful episodes that seem to be just about seeing how bad of an episode they can make.

Plus its not like this even matters, its not like they give a shit about canon or anything so he'll probably come back whenever they feel like it. This is just comes off as a big ploy to get people to watch the show again.
