As for the second part of that post, to say something should be regrettable implies that there is cause for regret. What reason do you have to regret the passing of a person that you don't know and most likely never would have?

Not necessarily... there are many other buildings in the vicinity that are "better" targets. this doesn't smell like terrorism. what if the pilot had a heartattack and loss control? just for arguements sake.
