I had no idea that Paypal let buyers reverse a payment.
I sold an item for 400 dollars to a person and he reversed it and now I'm at negative funds. Now, I have to fight him with proof of an AIM log, but for now I can't do anything since im at -310 dollars.
Update 1: I talked with a Paypal rep (all of them are morons) and he said that the owner of the paypal account claimed that his account was stolen and used.
I asked the rep if the money ever left his account (to prove that his account WAS stolen) and he said that he could not reveal anything.
I have informed IC3.gov about this filled the AIM log and how the owner of the Paypal account (E-Mailed his paypal account E-Mail) has not responded to my E-Mail yet and it has been almost 12 hours (I would assume that someone who had "just lost his account" would have checked his account sometime between 10:00 AM PST - 8:00 PM PST).
Now to see what the IC3 does...
